Commencement and period of application 2.       This Determination applies from 1 May 2006 and ends on 20 December 2006. Meaning of certain expressions   3.       An expression used in this Determination that is used in the Bass Strait Central Zone Scallop Fishery Management Plan 2002 has the same meaning in this Determination as in that Plan. Determination of total allowable catch 4.      The total allowable catch of commercial scallops, Pecten fumatus, that may be taken in the Bass Strait Central Zone Scallop Fishery is 0 tonnes. 5.      The total allowable catch of Doughboy scallop, Chlamys (Mimachlamys) asperrimus, that may be taken in the Bass Strait Central Zone Scallop Fishery is 0 tonnes.
