I, JOE HOCKEY, Minister for Employment and Workplace Relations, make this Notice under section 100 of the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988. Dated  16 October                           2007 JB HOCKEY Minister for Employment and Workplace Relations
1              Name of Notice                 This Notice is the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation (Licence Eligibility) Notice 2007 (No. 7).
2              Commencement                 This Notice commences on the day after registration on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.
3              Declaration                 For section 100 of the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 (the Act), being satisfied that it would be desirable for the Act to apply to the employees of BIS Industries Limited (ACN 125 202 253) I declare that the corporation is eligible to be granted a licence under Part VIII of the Act. Note   The corporation is carrying on a business in competition with a Commonwealth authority or with another corporation that was previously a Commonwealth authority.
