I, DE-ANNE MARGARET KELLY, Parliamentary Secretary to the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Transport and Regional Services, make the declaration shown in this Instrument under subsection 10.03(1) of the Trade Practices Act 1974.

1              Name of Instrument
This Instrument is the Declaration of Designated Outwards Peak Shipper Body 2007 (No. 1).
2              Commencement
This Instrument commences when it is signed.
3              Declaration
I, De-Anne Margaret Kelly, Parliamentary Secretary to the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Transport and Regional Services, being of the opinion that the Australian Peak Shippers Association represents the interests, in relation to outwards liner cargo shipping services, of Australian shippers generally, declare, under subsection 10.03(1) of the Trade Practices Act 1974, that the Australian Peak Shippers Association is a designated outwards peak shipper body for the purposes of Part X of the Trade Practices Act 1974.
4              Revocation
All previous Instruments of Declaration made under subsection 10.03(1) of the Trade Practices Act 1974 in relation to the Australian Peak Shippers Association are revoked.
