I, PHILIP MAXWELL RUDDOCK, Attorney‑General, make this Instrument under subsection 6 (2D) of the Telecommunications (Interception and Access) Act 1979.

1              Name of Instrument
                This Instrument is the Telecommunications (Interception and Access) (Emergency Service Facilities — Queensland) Instrument 2007 (No. 2).
2              Commencement
                This Instrument commences on the day after it is registered.
3              Revocation
                The Telecommunications (Interception and Access) (Emergency Service Facilities — Queensland) Instrument 2007 is revoked.
4              Definitions
                In this Instrument:
Act means the Telecommunications (Interception and Access) Act 1979.
Queensland ESF Declaration means the Telecommunications (Interception and Access) (Emergency Service Facilities — Queensland) Declaration 2007 (No. 2) as existing on the commencement of this Instrument.
5              Emergency service facilities
         (1)   For subsection 6 (2D) of the Act and in relation to Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the Queensland ESF Declaration, the Queensland Police Service operates the premises located in the following geographical regions:
                (a)    Beenleigh;
               (b)    Brisbane;
                (c)    Broadbeach;
               (d)    Bundaberg;
                (e)    Cairns;
                (f)    Charleville;
                (g)    Gladstone;
                (h)    Gympie;
                 (i)    Innisfail;
                (j)    Longreach;
               (k)    Mackay;
                 (l)    Mareeba;
               (m)    Maroochydore;
                (n)    Maryborough;
               (o)    Mount Isa;
               (p)    Redcliffe;
               (q)    Rockhampton;
                (r)    Roma;
                (s)    Toowoomba;
                (t)    Townsville;
                (u)    Yamanto.
         (2)   For subsection 6 (2D) of the Act and in relation to Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the Queensland ESF Declaration, the Queensland Fire and Rescue Service operates the premises located in the following geographical regions:
                (a)    Fortitude Valley;
               (b)    Ipswich;
                (c)    Kedron;
               (d)    Lytton;
                (e)    Robina;
                (f)    Rockhampton;
                (g)    Southport;
                (h)    South Townsville;
                 (i)    Warana.
         (3)   For subsection 6 (2D) of the Act and in relation to items 301 to 303 of Schedule 1 to the Queensland ESF Declaration, the Queensland Ambulance Service and the Queensland Fire and Rescue Service operate the premises located in the following geographical regions:
                (a)    Manunda;
               (b)    Spring Hill;
                (c)    Toowoomba.
         (4)   For subsection 6 (2D) of the Act and in relation to items 304 to 309 of Schedule 1 to the Queensland ESF Declaration, the Queensland Ambulance Service operates the premises located in the following geographical regions:
                (a)    Buderim;
               (b)    Currajong;
                (c)    Kedron;
               (d)    Lutwyche;
                (e)    Rockhampton;
                (f)    Southport.
