I, PHILIP MICHAEL JEFFERY, Governor‑General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Health Insurance Act 1973.

1              Name of Regulations
                These Regulations are the Health Insurance (General Medical Services Table) Amendment Regulations 2007 (No. 2).
2              Commencement
                These Regulations commence on 1 April 2007.
3              Amendment of Health Insurance (General Medical Services Table) Regulations 2006
                Schedule 1 amends the Health Insurance (General Medical Services Table) Regulations 2006.
Schedule 1        Amendment
(regulation 3)
  
[1]           Schedule 1, subrule 3 (1), definition of general practitioner, after paragraph (b)
insert
              (ba)    a practitioner in relation to whom a determination is in force under regulation 6DA of the Health Insurance Regulations 1975 recognising that he or she meets the fellowship standards of the ACRRM; or
