Corporations Act 2001 — Subsection 341(1) — Variation
 
Enabling legislation
 
1.         The Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) makes this instrument under subsection 341(1) of the Corporations Act 2001.
Title
2.         This instrument is ASIC Class Order [CO 08/618].
 
Commencement
 
3.         This instrument commences on the date it is registered under the Legislative Instruments Act 2003.

Variation
4.         ASIC Class Order [CO 98/1418] is varied as follows:
 
(a)    omit subparagraph (h)(i); 
 
(b)    in subparagraph (s)(iii) omit “the addition or substitution of an alternative trustee”, substitute “the substitution of a trustee, or the addition or substitution of an alternative trustee,”;
 
(c)    in the SCHEDULE insert at the end:
 
“Comparative information is only required where the Holding Entity was a holding entity in a deed of cross guarantee for the purposes of this order at any time during the immediately preceding financial year.”.
