SPECIFICATION OF UNITED NATIONS SECURITY COUNCIL RESOLUTIONS
 
(SUBREGULATION 4(1) DEFINITION OF ‘RESOLUTION’)
 
 
I, CHRIS EVANS, Minister for Immigration and Citizenship, acting under regulation 4, definition of ‘resolution’, in the Migration (United Nations Security Council Resolutions) Regulations 2007 (‘the Regulations’):
 
REVOKE Instrument number IMMI 07/088 signed on 18 February 2008; and
 
SPECIFY the following resolutions for the purposes of regulation 5 of the Regulations:
