Private Health Insurance (Prostheses) Amendment Rules 2009 (No. 3)
I, PAULINE DUSINK, delegate of the Minister for Health and Ageing, make these Rules under item 4 of the table in section 333-20 of the Private Health Insurance Act 2007.

1            Name of Rules
These Rules are the Private Health Insurance (Prostheses) Amendment Rules 2009 (No. 3).
2              Commencement
These Rules commence on 26 October 2009.
3                 Amendment of the Schedule to the Private Health Insurance (Prostheses) Rules 2009 (No. 2)
These Rules amend the Schedule to the Private Health Insurance (Prostheses) Rules 2009 (No. 2) as amended, as set out below:
 
3.1               Part A – Prostheses, at page 210 of 871, for the Billing Code JJ736, under the heading “Maximum Benefit” insert “$2,500.00”.
3.2               Part A – Prostheses, at page 467 of 871, for the Billing Code LM082, under the heading “Size” delete “lenth” and insert “length”; under the heading “Minimum Benefit” delete “$120.00” and insert “$286.00”.
3.3               Part A – Prostheses, at page 468 of 871, for the Billing Code OE007, under the heading “Product Name” delete “Nexfix” and insert “NexFix”; under the heading “Minimum Benefit” delete “$95.00” and insert “$130.00”.
3.4               Part A – Prostheses, at page 469 of 871, for the Billing Code OE008, under the heading “Minimum Benefit” delete “$600.00” and insert “$730.00”.
3.5               Part A – Prostheses, at page 469 of 871, for the Billing Code OE009, under the heading “Product Name” delete “Nexfix” and insert “NexFix”.
3.6               Part A – Prostheses, at page 469 of 871, for the Billing Code OE010, under the heading “Product Name” delete “Nexfix” and insert “NexFix”.
