ADDRESSES FOR APPLICATIONS FOR OFFSHORE PARENT VISAS
(PARAGRAPHS 1124(3)(aa), 1130(3)(b), 1221(3)(a))
I, CHRIS EVANS, Minister for Immigration and Citizenship, acting under paragraphs 1124(3)(aa), 1130(3)(b) and 1221(3)(a) of the Migration Regulations 1994 (‘the Regulations’):
1. REVOKE the Instruments numbered IMMI 06/032, 06/033 and 06/034 signed on 11 June 2006 specifying post office box and courier delivery addresses for the purposes of paragraphs 1124(3)(aa), 1130(3)(b) and 1221(3)(a) of the Regulations.
2. SPECIFY the following address as the post office box address for the purposes of subparagraphs 1124(3)(aa)(i), 1130(3)(b)(i) and 1221(3)(a)(i):

3. SPECIFY the following address as the courier address for the purposes of subparagraphs 1124(3)(aa)(ii), 1130(3)(b)(ii), 1221(3)(a)(ii):

[NOTES: 1. Paragraph 1124(3)(aa) of the Regulations provides that an application must be made by (i) posting the application to the post office box address specified in a Gazette Notice for this subparagraph, or by (ii) having the application delivered by a courier service to the address specified in a Gazette Notice for this subparagraph.
2. Paragraph 1130(3)(b) provides that an application must be made by (i) posting the application to the post office box address specified in a Gazette Notice for this subparagraph, or by (ii) having the application delivered by a courier service to the address specified in a Gazette Notice for this subparagraph.
