I, CHRIS EVANS, Minister for Immigration and Citizenship, acting under paragraph 1211(3)(ab), of Schedule 1 to the Migration Regulations 1994 (‘the Regulations’):
1. REVOKE Instrument number IMMI 09/003, signed on 26 February 2009, specifying post office address and courier delivery for applications for the purposes of paragraph 1211(3)(ab) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations.
2. SPECIFY for the purposes of subparagraph 1211(3)(ab)(i) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations the following address:

[NOTE: Paragraph 1211(3)(ab) provides that an application for an Extended Eligibility (Temporary) (Class TK) visa by an applicant in Australia must be made by posting the application (with the correct pre-paid postage) to the post office box address specified in a Gazette Notice for the purposes of subparagraph 1211(3)(ab)(i), or by having the application delivered by a courier service to the address specified in a Gazette Notice for the purposes of subparagraph 1211(3)(ab)(ii).]
