The Australian Fisheries Management Authority makes the following determination under section 15 of Southern and Eastern Scalefish and Shark Fishery Management Plan 2003.

Citation
1.      This Determination may be cited as 2009 SESSF D2.
 
Commencement
2.      This Determination commences on the day after registration on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.
 
Interpretation
3.      A term used in this Determination:
a)      Takes the meaning given to it in the Southern and Eastern Scalefish and Shark Fishery Management Plan 2003; or
b)      If no meaning is given to the term in the Southern and Eastern Scalefish and Shark Fishery Management Plan 2003, and the term is defined in the Fisheries Management Act 1991, takes the meaning given to that term under that Act.
 
Determination of Total Allowable Catch
4.      The Total Allowable Catches for non-quota species in the Southern and Eastern Scalefish and Shark Fishery for the 2009 Fishing Year (1 May 2009 to 30 April 2010), by the method of trawl in the area of the East Coast Deepwater Trawl (ECDW) are:
