1. Enabling legislation
The Australian Communications and Media Authority makes this instrument under subsection 26(2) of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992.
2. Name of Instrument
This instrument is the Variation to the Licence Area Plan for Spencer Gulf (Television) – No. 1 of 2010.
3. Commencement
This instrument commences on 15 December 2010.
4. Variation
The Licence Area Plan for Spencer Gulf (Television) determined by the Australian Broadcasting Authority on 23 February 1996 is varied as follows:
(a) number each of the paragraphs in the determination consecutively as clauses (1) and (2);
(b) immediately following the determination:
(i) omit the heading “SCHEDULE”;
(ii) omit the words “The Schedule sets out:” and all six paragraphs marked with dot points that follow;
(c) omit Schedule One, and substitute Schedule One of this instrument.
(d) omit Attachments 1.29, 1.31, 1.33, 1.34, 1.35, 1.36, 1.37, 1.38, 1.39, 1.40, 1.41, 1.42, 1.43, 1.44, 1.45 and 1.46 and substitute the Attachments of this instrument having the same numbers;
(e) omit Attachments 1.31.1, 1.34.1, 1.35.1, 1.36.1, 1.37.1, 1.38.1, 1.39.1, 1.40.1, 1.45.1, and 1.46.1;
(f) after Attachment 1.46, insert Attachments 1.47, 1.48, 1.49, 1.50, 1.51, 1.52, 1.53, and 1.54.
