         (1)   This Determination is the National Health (Pharmaceutical Benefits Supplied by Public Hospitals) Amendment Determination  2010.
         (2)   This Determination may also be cited as PB 114 of 2010.
2              Commencement
                This Determination commences on 1 December 2010.
3              Amendment of National Health Act 1953 - Determination under subsection 99(4) (27/10/2006)
                Schedule 1 amends the National Health Act 1953 - Determination under subsection 99(4) (27/10/2006).
