1              Name of Determination
                This Determination is the Health Insurance (Prescribed Pathology Services) Amendment Determination 2010 (No. 1).
2              Commencement
                This Determination commences on 1 November 2010.
3              Amendment of Health Insurance (Prescribed Pathology Services) Determination 2000
                Schedule 1 amends the Health Insurance (Prescribed Pathology Services) Determination 2000.

                Subsection 16A (7A) of the Act applies to a pathology service mentioned in any of items 73801 to 73810 if the service is rendered by a participating nurse practitioner.
