I, Linda Jackson, delegate of the Minister for Health and Ageing, vary, under subsection 100(2) of the National Health Act 1953,  the special arrangements made under subparagraph 100(1)(b)(i) of the National Health Act 1953 for the IVF/GIFT Program on 12 March 2007 (No. PB 26 of 2007) (as amended).

This instrument commences on 1 August 2010.

Schedule 1 varies PB 26 of 2007 (as amended).
