I, QUENTIN BRYCE, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Superannuation Guarantee (Administration) Act 1992.

1              Name of Regulations
                These Regulations are the Superannuation Guarantee (Administration) Amendment Regulations 2010 (No. 1).
2              Commencement
                These Regulations commence on the commencement of Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the Tax Laws Amendment (2010 Measures No. 1) Act 2010.
3              Amendment of Superannuation Guarantee (Administration) Regulations 1993
                Schedule 1 amends the Superannuation Guarantee (Administration) Regulations 1993.

7AE        Approved clearing house — specified body (Act, s 79A (3))
                For the purposes of subsection 79A (3) of the Act, Medicare Australia is specified.
