1 Name of Instrument
This Instrument is the Telecommunications (Interception and Access) (Emergency Services Facilities — Australian Capital Territory) Amendment Instrument 2010.
2 Commencement
This Instrument commences as follows:
(a) on 2 May 2010 — Sections 1 to 3 and Schedule 1;
(b) on 5 May 2010 — Schedule 2.
3 Amendment of Telecommunications (Interception and Access) (Emergency Services Facilities — Australian Capital Territory) Instrument 2008
Schedules 1 and 2 amend the Telecommunications (Interception and Access) (Emergency Services Facilities — Australian Capital Territory) Instrument 2008.
Schedule 1 Amendments commencing on 2 May 2010
