I, CAROLYN WEISS CAMERON, Acting Assistant Secretary, Approvals and Wildlife Division, delegate for the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and the Arts, hereby adopt, under subsection 269A(7) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, the plan made by New South Wales (or agencies of that State) specified in column 1 of Table 1 (the NSW Plan), as the recovery plan for the listed threatened species specified in column 2 of Table 1 that are endemic to the region covered by the NSW Plan:

The adopted recovery plan will come into force on the day after this instrument is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.
