I, QUENTIN BRYCE, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under item 14 of the table in subsection 2 (1) of the Tax Laws Amendment (2009 Measures No. 2) Act 2009, fix 5 April 2010 as the day on which Part 2 of Schedule 6 to that Act commences.
