TARIFF CONCESSION ORDER
Under Section 269P of the Customs Act 1901, I, Wendy Knowles, a delegate of the Chief Executive Officer declare that the goods specified in Column 1 of THE TABLE are goods to which the item in Part III of Schedule 4 to the Customs Tariff Act 1995 specified in Column 2 of THE TABLE applies.  This Order shall have effect from 29.06.09 and continue in force until revoked under sections 269SC or 269SD of the Act, or the date, if any, specified in Column 2.

           (v) thickness 0.80 mm and width NOT less than 900 mm
               and NOT greater than 1 350 mm;
          (vi) thickness 0.90 mm and width NOT less than 675 mm
               and NOT greater than 1 585 mm;
         (vii) thickness 1.20 mm and width NOT less than 1 050 mm
               and NOT greater than 1 620 mm;
        (viii) thickness 1.40 mm and width NOT less than 1 050 mm
               and NOT greater than 1 505 mm;
          (ix) thickness 1.60 mm and width NOT less than 840 mm
               and NOT greater than 1 000 mm
For the purposes of this Order, tolerances allowable for
thickness sizes of specification (e) and the width sizes of
specifications (e)(i) and (iv) are + or - 5%
