TARIFF CONCESSION ORDER
Under Section 269P of the Customs Act 1901, I, Wendy Knowles, a delegate of the Chief Executive Officer declare that the goods specified in Column 1 of THE TABLE are goods to which the item in Part III of Schedule 4 to the Customs Tariff Act 1995 specified in Column 2 of THE TABLE applies.  This Order shall have effect from 29.06.09 and continue in force until revoked under sections 269SC or 269SD of the Act, or the date, if any, specified in Column 2.

  (a) yield strength NOT less than 115 N/mm2 and NOT greater than
      225 N/mm2;
  (b) tensile strength NOT less than 270 N/mm2;
  (c) elongation NOT less than 39% and NOT greater than 53%;
  (d) coating mass NOT less than 45 g/m2 and NOT greater than 65
      g/m2;
  (e) EITHER of the following sizes:
           (i) thickness 0.70 mm and width 540 mm;
          (ii) thickness 0.90 mm and width 570 mm
              
For the purposes of this Order, tolerances allowable for
specification (e) are + or - 5%
