Variation to Licence Area Plan for Remote Central and Eastern Australia Radio – No.1 of 2009
1. Enabling legislation
The Australian Communications and Media Authority makes this instrument under subsection 26(2) of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992.
2. Name of Instrument
This instrument is the Variation to the Licence Area Plan for Remote Central and Eastern Australia Radio – No. 1 of 2009.
3. Commencement
This instrument commences the day after it is registered.

4. Variation
The Licence Area Plan for Remote Central and Eastern Australia Radio determined by the Australian Broadcasting Authority on 14 October 1996 is varied as follows:
a) in clause (3), omit the words “2.2 - 2.36, 2.38 - 2.48 and 2.50 - 2.56” and substitute the words “2.2 - 2.36, 2.38 - 2.48, 2.50 - 2.56 and 2.59 – 2.60”;
b) omit Schedule Two and substitute Schedule Two to this instrument; and
c) insert Attachment 2.59 and Attachment 2.60 to this instrument.
