1              Name of Regulations
                These Regulations are the Financial Management and Accountability Amendment Regulations 2011 (No. 6).
2              Commencement
                These Regulations commence as follows:
                 (a)     on the day after they are registered — regulations 1 to 3 and Schedule 1;
                (b)     on the commencement of Schedule 1 to the National Health Reform Amendment (National Health Performance Authority) Act 2011 — Schedule 2;
                 (c)     on 1 January 2012 — Schedule 3.
3              Amendment of Financial Management and Accountability Regulations 1997
                Schedules 1, 2 and 3 amend the Financial Management and Accountability Regulations 1997.

  (d)  persons assisting the Performance Authority mentioned in section 103 of that Act; and
   (e)  consultants engaged under section 104 of that Act
