DETERMINATION
 
The Australian Fisheries Management Authority makes the following determination under section 3.2 of Eastern Tuna and Billfish Fishery Management Plan 2010.

Citation
1.    This Determination may be cited as the ETBF TACC Determination 2011.
 
Commencement
2.    This Determination commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.
 
Interpretation
3.   A term used in this Determination has the meaning given to it in the Eastern Tuna and Billfish Fishery Management Plan 2010.
 
Determination of Total Allowable Catch
4.    The Total Allowable Commercial Catches for quota species in the Eastern Tuna and Billfish Fishery for the fishing season commencing on 1 March 2011 are:

Note:  Under a determination made under s1.3 of the Plan, the fishing season in the ETBF is the period starting on 1 March in a year and ending at the end of the last day of February in the following year.
