Enabling provision
 
1.       The Australian Securities and Investments Commission makes this instrument under subsection 601YAA(1) of the Corporations Act 2001 (the Act).
 
Title
 
2.       This instrument is ASIC Class Order [CO 11/943].
 
Commencement
 
3.       This instrument commences on the date it is registered under the Legislative Instruments Act 2003.

Variation
 
4.       ASIC Class Order [CO 11/407] is varied as follows:
 
(a)     in paragraph 4 omit “1 October 2011.”, substitute “8 December 2011.”;
 
(b)     in notional section 1495A of the Act as set out in paragraph 5:
 
(i)      in subsection (2) omit “30 September 2011:”, substitute “7 December 2011:”;
 
(ii)     in the note under subsection (2) omit “30 September 2011,”, substitute “7 December 2011,”.
