Exemption — participation in land and hold short operations
1          Duration
                 This instrument:
(a)   commences on 1 October 2011; and
(b)   stops having effect at the end of 30 September 2014.
2          Application
                 This instrument applies:
(a)   to an air traffic services (ATS) provider, within the meaning of regulation 172.015 of CASR 1998; and
(b)   for land and hold short operations using Airbus A321 aircraft operated by Jetstar Airways Pty Limited, Aviation Reference Number 510654.
3          Exemption
        (1)     An ATS provider is exempt from compliance with paragraph 172.065 (1) (a) of CASR 1998 to the extent mentioned in subsection (2).
        (2)     The exemption applies only to the standards set out in subsections 10.13.5.3, 10.13.5.4 and 10.13.5.7 of the Manual of Standards Part 172 — Air Traffic Services.
