1              Name of Instrument
                This instrument is the Radiocommunications (Communication with Space Object) Class Licence Variation 2011 (No. 2).
2              Commencement
                This Variation commences on the later of:
                 (a)     the day after it is registered; and
                (b)     the day on which it is published in the Gazette.
