                This Determination is the Defence Home Ownership Assistance Scheme (Average House Price and Median Interest Rate) Amendment Determination 2011 (No. 1).
2              Commencement
                This Determination commences on 1 July 2011.
3              Amendment of Defence Home Ownership Assistance Scheme (Average House Price and Median Interest Rate) Determination 2008
                Schedule 1 amends the Defence Home Ownership Assistance Scheme (Average House Price and Median Interest Rate) Determination 2008 made on 24 November 2008.

         (4)   For subsection 52 (1) of the Act, the average house price for the 2011–2012 financial year is $508 098.
