I, MARK BUTLER, Minister for Mental Health and Ageing, make this Determination under section 52-1 of the Aged Care Act 1997.

1              Name of Determination
        This Determination is the Aged Care (Amount of Flexible Care Subsidy – Transition Care Services) Determination 2011 (No. 1).
2              Commencement
                This Determination commences on 1 July 2011.
3              Revocation
The Aged Care (Amount of Flexible Care Subsidy – Transition Care Services) Determination 2010 (No. 1) made by the Minister on 15 June 2010, also known as F2010L01535, is revoked.
4              Flexible Care Subsidy
The amount of flexible care subsidy payable for a day in respect of flexible care in the form of transition care is the amount in column 3 of the following table corresponding to the State or Territory in which the flexible care service is located.
