I, MARK BUTLER, Minister for Mental Health and Ageing, make this Determination under section 44‑19 of the Aged Care Act 1997.

1              Name of Determination
                This Determination is the Aged Care (Residential Care Subsidy — Adjusted Subsidy Reduction) Determination 2011 (No. 1).
2              Commencement
                This Determination commences on 1 July 2011.
3              Revocation
                The Aged Care (Residential Care Subsidy — Adjusted Subsidy Reduction) Determination 2010 (No. 1) made by the Minister on 15 June 2010, also known as F2010L01295, is revoked.
4              Adjusted Subsidy Reduction
                The amount of adjusted subsidy reduction for a particular day is $11.59.
