I, QUENTIN BRYCE, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the National Rental Affordability Scheme Act 2008.

1              Name of Regulations
                These Regulations are the National Rental Affordability Scheme Amendment Regulations 2011 (No. 1).
2              Commencement
                These Regulations are taken to have commenced on 1 May 2010.
3              Amendment of National Rental Affordability Scheme Regulations 2008
                Schedule 1 amends the National Rental Affordability Scheme Regulations 2008.

         (5)   The income limits mentioned in subregulation (4), for a household for each subsequent year beginning 1 May, are the amounts for the previous year indexed in accordance with the NRAS tenant income index, rounded to the next whole dollar.
