Variation to Licence Area Plan for Regional Victoria Analog Television – No.1 of 2011
1. Enabling legislation
The Australian Communications and Media Authority makes this instrument under subsection 26(2) of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992.
2. Name of Instrument
This instrument is the Variation to the Licence Area Plan for Regional Victoria Analog Television – No. 1 of 2011.
3. Commencement
 
This instrument commences on 5 May 2011.
 
4. Variation
 
The Licence Area Plan for Regional Victoria Analog Television determined by the Australian Broadcasting Authority on 23 October 2003 is varied by:
(a)    renaming the instrument as “Licence Area Plan for Regional Victoria Television”;
(b)   omitting Schedule One to the principal instrument and substituting Schedule One to this instrument;
(c)    deleting attachments 1.84 to 1.176 inclusive of the principal instrument;
(d)   inserting attachments 1.84 to 1.88, 1.90 to 1.91, 1.93 to 1.104, 1.106 to 1.107, 1.109 to 1.118, 1.120 to 1.136, 1.138 to 1.139, and 1.141 to 1.151, 1.153 to 1.154, 1.156 to 1.176 (all inclusive) of this instrument;
(e)    omitting Schedule Two to the principal instrument and substituting Schedule Two to this instrument;
(f)    deleting attachments 2.2 to 2.33 inclusive of the principal instrument;
(g)   inserting attachments 2.2 to 2.5, 2.7 to 2.16 and 2.18 to 2.33 (all inclusive) of this instrument;
(h)   omitting Schedule Three to the principal instrument and substituting Schedule Three to this instrument;
(i)       deleting attachments 3.2 to 3.15 inclusive of the principal instrument; and
