POSTAL AND COURIER DELIVERY ADDRESSES FOR
DISTINGUISHED TALENT VISAS & SPECIAL ELIGIBILITY VISAS
(REGULATIONS 1112(3)(a), 1113(3)(aa) AND 1118A(3)(a))
 
I, KRUNO KUKOC, Delegate of the Minister for Immigration and Citizenship, acting under paragraphs 1112(3)(a), 1113(3)(aa) and 1118A(3)(a) of the Migration Regulations 1994 (‘the Regulations’):
 
1.                  REVOKE Instrument number IMMI 05/082 signed on 26 October 2005, specifying postal and courier delivery addresses for Distinguished Talent Visas and Special Eligibility Visas for the purposes of paragraphs 1112(3)(a), 1113(3)(aa) and 1118(3)(a) of the Regulations.
 
2.                  SPECIFY the following address as the post office box address for the purposes of subparagraphs 1112(3)(a)(i), 1113(3)(aa)(i) and 1118A(3)(a)(i):
