Amendment to the list of threatened species under section 178 of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (84)
 
 
I, TONY BURKE, Minister for Sustainability, Environment, Water, Population and Communities, pursuant to sections 184(1)(a) and (c) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, hereby amend the list referred to in section 178 of that Act by:
 
 
including in the list in the vulnerable category:
Hoplogonus simsoni Hoplogonus vanderschoori Oreisplanus munionga larana
 
 
transferring from the critically endangered category in the list to the endangered category in the list:
·    Caladenia dienema
·    Thelymitra jonesii
