Revocation of approval as a higher education provider on request by the body under subsection   22-40(1) of the Higher Education Support Act 2003 (the Act)
In accordance with subsection 22-40(1) of the Act, on 4 October 2012, the Minister for Employment, Higher Education and Skills (SA) requested in writing that the Minister revoke its approval as a higher education provider.
Notice of revocation of approval under subsection 22-40(3) of the Act
I, Dr Lyndal Groom, a delegate of the Minister for Tertiary Education, Skills, Science and Research for the purposes of section 22-40 of the Act:
(a)           hereby revoke the approval of the Minister for Employment, Higher Education and Skills (SA) as a higher education provider, Instrument of Approval No F2012L01212, dated             8 June 2012, and as registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments on 15 June 2012, pursuant to subsection 22-40(1) of the Act; and
(b)         shall cause a copy of this notice to be given to the Minister for Employment, Higher Education and Skills (SA) pursuant to subsection 22-40(3)of the Act.
This notice of revocation of approval takes effect on the day after the notice is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.
