1              Name of Proclamation
                This Proclamation is the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation (Ningaloo Marine Park—Commonwealth Waters) Amendment Proclamation 2012 (No. 1).
2              Commencement
                This Proclamation commences on the day after it is registered.
3              Amendment
                Schedule 1 amends the Proclamation—Ningaloo Marine Park (Commonwealth Waters) made on 7 May 1987 (Federal Register of Legislative Instruments No. F2007B00725) as amended.
