1              Name of regulation
                This regulation is the Professional Standards Scheme Legislation Amendment Regulation 2012 (No. 1).
2              Commencement
                This regulation commences on 1 November 2012.
3              Amendment of Corporations Regulations 2001
                Schedule 1 amends the Corporations Regulations 2001.
4              Amendment of Australian Securities and Investments Commission Regulations 2001
                Schedule 2 amends the Australian Securities and Investments Commission Regulations 2001.
5              Amendment of Competition and Consumer Regulations 2010
                Schedule 3 amends the Competition and Consumer Regulations 2010.
