INSTITUTIONS AND DISCIPLINES FOR SUBCLASS 476
(SKILLED – RECOGNISED GRADUATE) VISAS
(Clause 476.212)
I, KRUNO KUKOC, First Assistant Secretary, Migration and Visa Policy Division, Delegate of the Minister for Immigration and Citizenship, acting under clause 476.212 of Schedule 2 to the Migration Regulations 1994 (‘the Regulations’):
1. REVOKE Instrument number IMMI 10/053 signed on 17 September 2010, specifying institutions and disciplines for the purposes of clause 476.212 of Schedule 2 to the Regulations; AND
2. SPECIFY each educational institution referred to in the Schedule to this Instrument as an institution for the purposes of paragraph 476.212(b) of Schedule 2 to the Regulations; AND
3. SPECIFY Engineering as a discipline for the purposes of clause 476.212 of Schedule 2 to the Regulations.
This Instrument, number IMMI 12/105, commences on 1 October 2012.
