Social Security (Administration) Act 1999
I, JENNY MACKLIN, Minister for Families, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs and Minister for Disability Reform, acting under paragraph 123TGA(c) and subsection 123UCA(3) of the Social Security (Administration) Act 1999 and on behalf of the Minister for Employment and Workplace Relations and the Minister for Tertiary Education, Skills, Science and Research, make this Determination.

1              Name of Determination
                This Determination is the Social Security (Administration) (Declared income management area — Anangu Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara lands) Determination 2012.
2              Commencement
                This Determination commences on 1 October 2012.
3              Definitions
                In this Determination:
                Act means the Social Security (Administration) Act 1999.
                The lands means the lands described in Schedule 1 to the Anangu Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara Land Rights Act 1981 (SA).
4              Declared voluntary income management area
The lands are a declared voluntary income management area for the purposes of Part 3B of the Act.
5              Specified vulnerable income management area
The lands are specified for the purposes of paragraph 123UCA(1)(b) of the Act.
