1              Name of regulation
                This regulation is the Customs (R 18+ Computer Games) Legislation Amendment Regulation 2012 (No. 1).
2              Commencement
                This regulation commences on 1 January 2013.
3              Amendment of Customs (Prohibited Exports) Regulations 1958
                Schedule 1 amends the Customs (Prohibited Exports) Regulations 1958.
4              Amendment of Customs (Prohibited Imports) Regulations 1956
                Schedule 2 amends the Customs (Prohibited Imports) Regulations 1956.

   (2AA)   Without limiting subregulation (2), this regulation also applies to a computer game classified RC (Refused Classification) under the Classification (Publications, Films and Computer Games) Act 1995.
