(1)                This Instrument is the National Health (Highly specialised drugs program for hospitals) Special Arrangement Amendment Instrument 2012 (No.7).
 
(2)                This Instrument may also be cited as PB 64 of 2012.
 
2             Commencement
This Instrument commences on 1 September 2012.
