1              Name of Determination
                This Determination is the Radiocommunications (Transmitter Licence Tax) Amendment Determination 2012 (No. 3).
2              Commencement
This Determination commences on the last to occur of:
                 (a)   the date on which it is registered; and
                 (b)   immediately after the commencement of item 3 of Schedule 1 of the Radiocommunications (Transmitter Licence Tax) Amendment Determination 2012 (No. 2).
 
Note 1      Both of these events must occur before this Determination commences. 
Note 2      Item 3 of Schedule 1 of the Radiocommunications (Transmitter Licence Tax) Amendment Determination 2012 (No. 2) will commence on 15 August 2012.
