                In this Determination:
                Act means the Social Security (Administration) Act 1999.
4              Specified disengaged youth income management Territory
                The Northern Territory is specified for the purposes of paragraph 123UCB(1)(c) of the Act.
5              Specified long-term welfare payment recipient income management Territory
                The Northern Territory is specified for the purposes of paragraph 123UCC(1)(c) of the Act.
