I, BOB CARR, Minister for Foreign Affairs, make this Instrument under
subregulation 10 (1) of the Autonomous Sanctions Regulations 2011.

1              Name of Instrument
                This Instrument is the Autonomous Sanctions (Designated and Declared Persons – Burma) Revocation 2012 (No. 1)
2              Commencement
                This Instrument commences on the day it is registered.
3              Revocation of Instruments
                The following instruments are revoked:
(a)    the Autonomous Sanctions (Designated and Declared Persons – Burma) List 2012; and
(b)   the Autonomous Sanctions (Designated and Declared Persons – Burma) Amendment List 2012 (No. 1).
