                This Determination is the Radiocommunications (Charges) Amendment Determination 2012 (No. 1).
2              Commencement
                This Determination commences on 1 July 2012.

Schedule 1 amends the Radiocommunications (Charges) Determination 2007.

[1]            Amendment of Determination – changing references to “ACMA” into “the ACMA”
The Radiocommunications (Charges) Determination 2007 is amended as follows:
(a)    by inserting “the” before “ACMA” (wherever occurring, except in subsection 4 (1), section 5, subsection 9 (1), paragraph 14 (1) (a), subparagraph 14 (1) (b) (ii), paragraph 14 (2) (a), subparagraph 14 (2) (b) (ii), subsection 14 (3) and Schedule 2); and
(b)   by inserting “the” before “ACMA’s” (except in Schedule 2).
