1.               Name of Rules
These Rules are the Private Health Insurance (Complying Product) Amendment Rules 2012 (No. 5).
2.               Commencement
These Rules commence immediately after the commencement of the Private Health Insurance (Complying Product) Amendment Rules 2012 (No. 4).
3.               Amendment of the Private Health Insurance (Complying Product) Rules 2010 (No. 2)
The Schedule amends the Private Health Insurance (Complying Product) Rules 2010 (No. 2).
 
Schedule ― Amendments
[1]     Schedule 1- Standard information statements: hospital treatment
 
In the form of the statement, directly under the heading Monthly premium, insert the following words:
With 30% Rebate:

In the form of the statement, directly under the heading Monthly premium, insert the following words:
