1              Name of Instrument
 
(1)                This Instrument is the National Health (Paraplegic and Quadriplegic Program) Special Arrangement Amendment Instrument 2012.
 
(2)                This Instrument may also be cited as PB 42 of 2012.
 
2              Commencement
                This Instrument is taken to commence on 1 April 2012.
3              Amendments to PB 118 of 2010
               Schedule 1 amends the National Health (Paraplegic and Quadriplegic Program) Special Arrangement 2010 (PB 118 of 2010).
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Schedule 1             Amendments
 
[1]     Subsection 14(2)
substitute:
(2) For subsection (1), the amount is:
(a) the agreed price; or
(b)  if there is a determined price, the claimed price;
for the pharmaceutical benefit; and
(c) 2.75% of the agreed price or claimed price (as applicable), charged as a handling fee.
Note The terms agreed price, determined price and claimed price are defined in the Act.
