The Repatriation Commission, pursuant to subsection 16(6) of the Australian Participants in British Nuclear Tests (Treatment) Act 2006, varies the Treatment Principles (Australian Participants in British Nuclear Tests) 2006 (Instrument No.R30 of 2006), in accordance with the Schedule.

[1]     Name of Instrument
This instrument is the Treatment Principles (Australian Participants in British Nuclear Tests) 2006 (RAP Schedule/Incorporated Documents Update) Instrument 2012.
 
[2]     Commencement
 
(a) Subject to (b), this instrument commences on the day after the day it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.
 
(b) Section 1 of this instrument, as it has effect for item 25 of the Schedule 1 to be inserted in the Treatment Principles (Australian Participants in British Nuclear Tests) 2006, is taken to have commenced on 21 December 2011.
