Revocation of the Biometrics Institute Privacy Code
Section 18BE of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)
I, Timothy Pilgrim, Privacy Commissioner, pursuant to section 18BE of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), hereby revoke the approval of the Biometrics Institute Privacy Code granted on 19 July 2006 under s18BB of the Privacy Act.
This revocation shall take effect on and from 17 April 2012.
