1              Name of Variation
                This Variation is the Radiocommunications (Communication with Space Object) Class Licence Variation 2012 (No. 1).
2              Commencement
                This Variation commences on the later of:
                 (a)     the day after it is registered; and
                (b)     the day on which it is published in the Gazette.
Note 1 Both of these events must occur before this Variation commences.

Note 13   For the frequency band mentioned in paragraph 6 (3) (q):
·         A station operating in the frequency band will not be afforded protection from the interference caused by other exisiting or future radiocommunications services.
